Is parking available?
Parking facilities vary from venue to venue, but all have parking either at the venue itself or close by (this may be on street parking). You will receive full details with your booking confirmation but please contact us if you would like more details.
How can I book?
Easy! You can book and pay online on our Schedule & Bookings page.
I have an older/younger child - can they come too?
Yes! Children aged under the advertised age range of the class can come along for free. Siblings who are within the age range of the class can come along at half price.
Can I pay for one-off sessions?
You can pay for one trial taster session to get an idea of what the class is like. After that, sessions will be available only as block bookings. This gives the sessions more consistency and allows children to gain familiarity with the structure of the activities and with each other, making for a smoother more enjoyable class that everyone is able to gain more from.
What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately if you have booked and paid for classes we cannot always guarantee money back if you change your mind. It can sometimes take little ones several sessions to settle in, to get used to the environment, people, and activities. By the end of the first block of sessions you will have a better idea of whether Alphatots is right for you and your child.
What if I miss a session?
No refunds can be given for any missed sessions after the session has taken place. Requests for refunds that have not yet taken place will be considered up to the day before the session. Unfortunately it may not be possible to give refunds if the request is made on the same day as the session is due to take place, as the session leader may be unavailable due to running other sessions or preparing for your session, and other potential attendees may have missed out on a place if the session was fully booked.
Can I transfer to a different class?
If you are unable to attend a booked session, it may be possible to transfer your booking to an alternative session providing there is availability. One-off taster sessions can be transferred by clicking the link in your booking confirmation email (please note this is not the case for bookings made via Hoop). For block bookings where you are unable to attend one session, it may be possible to attend an alternative session within the same week at a different location - email email@example.com or call 07838541108 to enquire about availability.
