Alphatots may collect personal identification information from you as a customer or ‘user’ of our website, in a variety of ways such as when you book a class, email/call us, fill out a form, or in connection with other features on our website.  This may include your contact details, names and dates of birth of children attending Alphatots classes, credit card details, and any other information that is relevant to your booking or communication with us. We will collect such personal identification information only when it is voluntarily submitted to us. Users are not obliged to supply personally identification information, though it may prevent advance bookings for classes or other communications with us.

3. To ensure that we only use photographs of you and your children in our marketing materials when we have received specific consent from you (or from the child’s parent/guardian when this is not the person making the booking) to do so.

4. To improve the website experience for visitors and to monitor website traffic.
